  • Cannot maintain arms extended 
  • spooning & pronation of hands (Choreic hand).
  • Milk maid’s grip: irregular contraction & relaxations on squeezing examiner hand
  • Wormian movements of tongue upon protrusion (Darting tongue).
  • Examination of handwriting to evaluate fine motor movements
